Fred was moved from ICU into a regular room late afternoon on the 29th. He had a very difficult night with pain that seared like heartburn gone wild. He finally fell asleep about 5am on the 30th.
Specific prayer requests:
1)correct and speedy diagnosis of pain's source
2)ability to keep food and fluids
3)rest

A quick Fred funny for you: when ICU was notified that a 90 year old was being transferred in they were mentally prepared for a shriveled up little man. The nurse told him they were shocked to see a man who appeared vibrant and tall even in his weakened condition.
May the Lord bless you as we all connect at the throne of Grace. You are close to our hearts and even in his pain he speaks fondly of "those who pray for me."
