Fred's physical condition weakens, but his spirit is strong. A theologian friend commented last week, "There is something special going on between God and Fred and I don't have a word for it ---- but perhaps I don't need one." The less able he is physically, the more he depends on the Lord.
Please pray specifically for:
1) Successful dialysis --- the sessions are long (8 hours) and the ride back and forth is arduous in the ambulance. His BP continues to plummet, but he rebounds.
2) Wednesday he wants to make a trip to East Texas. He will need extraordinary strength and those taking him will need great wisdom and insight.
3) The Thursday night groups are dynamic - a great praise.
4) The Breakfast With Fred book is coming out this Fall - please pray for its reach and impact.
Thank you for your prayer support. He said this week he is "going through a valley and in those times I will learn prayer, patience, and perseverance." He is teaching all those around him the power of faithfulness.
