What would you say are the most important values or characteristics of a Christian?
Fred's Response
First, I would humility, for this gives us an attitude toward everything else. Character, being the foundation of all our decisions, is certainly an important element. Love for fellow Christians is evidence of our belonging to the Body of Christ. I believe we must have acceptance of others rather than tolerance. Sharing what Christ has given us is evidence of our appreciation. We appreciate not only the gift, but the efficacy of the gift. In such a short list we must include gratitude and a sense of humor to dispel cynicism.
