Are women pastors biblically wrong?

I have never had any experience with a woman pastor, though some of my friends have daughters who are senior pastors. They feel very blessed with their daughters’ calling. Certainly we know that God has anointed many as fruitful teachers. Surely God would not anoint anyone out of His will. Many believe that the issue is one of authority, not giftedness.
