I am a pastor and I would like a few thought provoking questions to ask my board every month to motivate their intrest in the future of the church.

What about “Do you think I am doing my job well? If not, where do I need to improve?†Second, “Who do you know in our church who is having a real spiritual experience?†Three, “Why do our members invite or not invite their friends to attend?†Four, “Do we create an environment of love for those attending?†Five, “Are our givers increasing or decreasing?†You show courage and leadership in the questions you ask. The best will be those which lead your people in the direction you would like them to go.
