Is the rapture biblical or a vison of margret Mc Donald in 1830?

The theology of the rapture is of reasonably recent times. I have never heard it being connected with Margaret McDonald but with the theologian John Nelson Darby. At ninety-one I have been taught that it is a part of the second coming which I have never doubted.
