what should the focus of the church be?

I feel there are five emphasizes that church should satisfy. They are: 1. Salvation 2. Maturity 3. Relation with Christ rather then the church 4. Worship and 5. Fellowship. Unfortunately some of our churches major on minor and get caught up in the politics and activities which use up our energy, time and money.
