What are your thoughts on the ministers of the mega churches who seem to becoming mega wealthy in the process?

One of the problems in the mega-church is it develops a bureaucracy which requires a great deal of the pastor’s time. He has a tendency of becoming a corporate CEO instead of a shepherd. It is also difficult for him to have the time and energy to be a pastor. Once any individual person becomes wealthy there is the temptation to shift their security to their wealth instead of the Lord. These men are very talented or they could not do what they do. In political life there is the saying that first you get rich and then you get rowdy. I am not saying this is true in the church but rowdiness to me means becoming a dictator.
