What is the greatest single weakness in the church today?

When I wrote Leading With Integrity I identified 10 challenges in the church that I did not think were being recognized. I can't pick out one, so here are two: 1) Leadership style moving from pastor to CEO 2) Members are now customers and not distributors - satisfying them has become more important than energizing them.
