A few years ago our son Fred asked me the same question. Without a doubt it would be on the nature of man. Is man basically sinful with a tendency toward good or basically good with a tendency toward sin? I believe in the Adamic sin and the basic evil of man's nature. If I didn't understand it that way I wouldn't understand current events and the human condition wouldn't make sense. Our perception of the perfectibility of man is one of our greatest errors.
