Dear Fred
Hi Fred, My sister told me you are on dialysis. I am too. I had a transplant for 17 years and it wore out. I hate dialysis, but it keeps me alive.

I fully understand your feeling. However, when I came into dialysis I wrote myself a memorandum on how I would treat it. I think you would find it interesting.
