do you know of any foundations that help single moms start or promote their business. I would appreciate any information or leads to help me out.

I do not know specifically the answer to your question. But if I were in your position I would go to the small business administration and ask for help. I would also ask several more people because there is possibly a foundation that is interested in this. I simply do not know the answer.
