What do you think about Toastmaster Club and their methods?

They are excellent for helping get over paralyzing stage-fright. I was asked to speak to their national convention and after a good reception one of the individuals said I did not follow the formula. I told him I did not think any professional speaker used their formula. They have done much good for those who are content to be mediocre communicators.
