Don't Escape
I am afraid that you will throw yourself too deeply into your daily activities to escape the painful circumstances you find yourself in. You need to come to God and renew His presence within you during the day.
Live in God's peace. Do what is expected of you while inwardly looking to the Lord. He alone is worthy of your love.
Whenever you become aware of your old nature prompting you to do something, immediately turn away from its suggestion. God's grace will then be able to keep you from falling into sin.
Don't help your old nature out at all. Learn to sabotage every plan your self-nature presents to you. Turn away from every evil alliance. When you are faithful in this way, it is almost as good for your body as it is for your spirit and soul. Do not neglect your duties, but do not be consumed with them.
